A new experiment, called the NEutrino Oscillation at Short baseline (NEOS), is proposed on the site of Hanbit Reactors at Yonggwang, South Korea, to investigate a reactor antineutrino anomaly. The homogeneous NEOS detector having a 1000-l target volu
