A simple palladium-based catalytic system for hydrosulfonylation of allenamides was established. Various nitrogen-containing linear allylic sulfones can be generated in moderate to excellent yield with E-selectivity and 100% atom utilization.

A new catalytic difluorohydration of β-alkynyl ketones using NFSI as the fluorinating reagent has been established, diastereoselectively furnishing a range of structurally diverse difluoride 1,5-dicarbonyl products through C(sp3)–H fluorination. N
