Period tripling in driven quantum oscillators reveals unique features absent for linear and parametric drive, but generic for all higher-order resonances. Here, we focus at zero temperature on the relaxation dynamics towards a stationary state starti

We show experimentally that a dc biased Josephson junction in series with a high-enough-impedance microwave resonator emits antibunched photons. Our resonator is made of a simple microfabricated spiral coil that resonates at 4.4 GHz and reaches a $1.

Robust quantum systems rely on having a protective environment with minimized relaxation channels. Superconducting gaps play an important role in the design of such environments. The interaction of localized single spins with a conventional supercond
Josephson-photonics devices have emerged in the last years as versatile platforms to study light-charge interactions far from equilibrium and to create nonclassical radiation. Their potential to operate as nanoscale heat engines has also been discuss

A Josephson junction embedded in a dissipative circuit can be externally driven to induce nonlinear dynamics of its phase. Classically, under sufficiently strong driving and weak damping, dynamic multi-stability emerges associated with dynamical bifu

International audience; We show that a properly dc-biased Josephson junction in series with two microwave resonators of different frequencies emits photon pairs in the resonators. By measuring auto- and intercorrelations of the power leaking out of t
The interplay of the tunneling transfer of charges and the emission and absorption of light can be investigated in a setup, where a voltage-biased Josephson junction is connected in series with a microwave cavity. We focus here on the emission proces

Coherence in electronic interferometers is typically believed to be restored fully in the limit of small voltages, frequencies, and temperatures. However, it is crucial to check this essentially perturbative argument by nonperturbative methods. Here

We investigate the linear ac-conductance for tunneling through an arbitrary interacting quantum dot in the presence of a finite dc-bias. In analogy to the well-known Meir-Wingreen formula for the dc case, we are able to derive a general formula for t
