SMMC-7721 hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HCC) were incubated with fucosylated glycoproteins that had been isolated from retinoic acid-treated cells by affinity chromatography. HCC migration was significantly inhibited by AAL- and LCA-glycoproteins.
