The dysregulation of glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK3) has been implicated in Alzheimer disease (AD) pathogenesis and in Aβ-induced neurotoxicity, leading us to investigate it as a therapeutic target in an intracerebroventricular Aβ infusion model.
