This paper presents a 2.2 GHz continuous-time $\mathrm {\Delta \!\Sigma }$ ADC that achieves −102 dBc THD and 77 dB SNDR in 25 MHz bandwidth over process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations. Measured second-order intermodulation distortion (

This paper presents a wideband car radio SoC for global multi-standard and multi-channel analog and digital broadcast radio. One of the major challenges of a wideband receiver is that the RF circuits and A/D converters need to have very high in-band

The trend towards wideband radio front-ends (RFE) for car radio receivers allows for digital tuning and channel filtering, simultaneous reception of multiple channels and reduced interference. A filter-less RFE requires a high dynamic range and very
