It is suggested that the broad ${K}^{*}(890)\ensuremath{\pi}$ enhancement from 1.15 to 1.55 BeV is a complex phenomenon consisting of at least three parts: kinematic enhancement via the Deck mechanism, a possible new ${K}^{*}$ resonance at 1320 MeV,
