Cytogenetic studies from 17 pediatric ependymomas and 1 ependymoblastoma are presented. Eight tumors had abnormal karyotypes. Another 107 published cases of cytogenetic analyses from pediatric and adult ependymomas or ependymoblastomas were reviewed.
