OBJECTIVES/GOALS: The goal of this project is to characterize the efficacy of FOXA2 as a potential biomarker for patients with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate adenocarcinoma (CRPC) before transitioning to neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC).
