Iron–vanadium sulfides of the monoclinic system Fe x V 3− x S 4 (1.0≤ x ≤2.0) have been investigated by 57 Fe Mossbauer Spectroscopy in the temperature range 30–300 K. Incommensurate spin density waves (SDW) have been found in this system.
