Bu araştırma düzenli uygulanan pilates ve mat egzersizlerinin sedanter kadınların antropometrik özellikleri üzerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmaya yaş ortalaması X̄=42,54 olan 22 sedanter kadın katılmıştır.
