This study was conducted in normotensive and hypertensive subjects at the Vargas Hospital of Caracas. Normotensive subjects received, in a cross-over fashion, placebo, metoclopramide (MTC), or domperidone (DOMP), 40 mg of each drug, daily for 1 week.
