Abstract Background Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease caused by CD4+ cell-dominant inflammation. Meanwhile, diffuse panbronchiolitis is a chronic inflammatory respiratory disease predominantly caused by CD8+ lymphocytes and neutrophils.
