Hyperprostaglandin E syndrome (HPS), a prenatal variant of Bartter's syndrome, is characterized by impaired renal salt conservation and fetal polyuria leading to poly-hydramnios and premature birth. Moreover HPS mimics chronic furosemide treatment wi
