Hendrich AL; Ann L. Hendrich is the builder of the Hendrich II Fall Risk Model and a trustee of AHI of Indiana, Inc., St. Louis. She was a founding cochair of the Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative and currently serves as an adviser, mentors fellowship recipients of the American Hospital Association (AHA), and often speaks at national clinical and patient safety and AHA meetings.
