This work aims efficiently estimating the posterior distribution of kinetic parameters for dynamic positron emission tomography (PET) imaging given a measurement of time of activity curve. Considering the inherent information loss from parametric ima

Background: In medical imaging, images are usually treated as deterministic, while their uncertainties are largely underexplored. Purpose: This work aims at using deep learning to efficiently estimate posterior distributions of imaging parameters, wh

One of the main technical challenges of PET/MRI is to achieve an accurate PET attenuation correction (AC) estimation. In current systems, AC is accomplished by generating an MRI-based surrogate computed tomography (CT) from which AC-maps are derived.

Objective. Positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of tau deposition using [18F]-MK6240 often involves long acquisitions in older subjects, many of whom exhibit dementia symptoms. The resulting unavoidable head motion can greatly degrade image qua
