PURPOSE To evaluate the long-term results of autologous retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and choroid transplantation (RPE-choroid patch) for exudative and atrophic maculopathies. METHODS Consecutive chart review of 120 eyes, which underwent RPE-choro
