Abstract The molecular movement in single particle tracking (SPT) experiments shows a crucial role of diffusion in many biological processes such as signaling, cellular organization, transport mechanisms, and more. The SPT analysis detects not only c

The segmentation analysis of the Golding–Cox mRNA dataset clarifies the description of these trajectories as a Fractional Lévy Stable Motion (FLSM). The FLSM method has several important advantages. Using only a few parameters, it allows for the d

Context. Cassiopeia A is one of the most extensively studied supernova remnants (SNRs) in our Galaxy. The analysis of its spectral features with the help of low frequency observations plays an important role for understanding the evolution of the rad

In this paper we consider a system of three fractional differential equations describing a nonlinear reaction. Our analysis includes both analytical technique and numerical simulation. This allows us to control the efficiency of the numerical method.

The paradigm of fractional calculus occupies an important place for the macroscopic description of subdiffusion. Its advance in theoretical astrophysics is expected to be very attractive too. In this report we discuss a recent development of the idea
