Antibodies against myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) have been identified in CNS inflammatory demyelinating disorders (IDDs) including neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSDs) without aquaporin-4 (AQP-4) antibodies. As in NMOSD, spina
