Bu çalışmada, CrN, TiN, TiAlN ve TiB2 vb. gibi iyi bilinen aşınmaya dirençli kaplamalara umut vadeden alternatifler geliştirmek amacıyla reaktif magnetronlu saçtırma biriktirme tekniği kullanılarak WC ve WN ince filmler sentezlenmiştir.
