Resume L'acide (methyl-3 butyl)-5 propyl-5 barbiturique pouvait a priorietre oxyde, au niveau hepatique, sur la chaine isoamyle ou la chaine propyle. Des modeles de metabolites ont ete prepares et le barbiturique a ete administre au Chien et au Rat.
