OBJECTIVES To analyze the effect of human leukocyte antigen tissue typing on outcome of live-donor liver transplant. MATERIALS AND METHODS Fifty recipients underwent live-donor liver transplant in the Dar Al-Fouad Hospital in Egypt and were retrospec
