78歳男性呼吸困難で近医受診し, 胸部X線写真で左気胸を指摘され入院した.胸腔ドレーン挿入後気漏が持続するため入院後5日目に分離肺換気麻酔下に胸腔鏡下左肺部分切除術を行なった。
