オフロキサシン (OFLX) の光学活性体であるレボフロキサシン (LVFX) の抗菌力, 薬物動態を血液透析 (HD) 患者で検討した. LVFXの阻止円面積は1-2μg/mlの濃度範囲内ではOFLXの約1.3-1.6倍を示した.
