A new ceramic compound of the formula Sr 2 InV 3 O 11 has been synthesized both as a result of a reaction between V 2 O 5 , In 2 O 3 , SrCO 3 mixed at the molar ratio 3:1:4 as well as in the reaction of equimolar mixture of Sr 2 V 2 O 7 with InVO 4 .
