Congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (CHH) is caused by dysfunction of hypothalamic gonadotropic-releasing hormone (GnRH) axis. The condition is both clinically and genetically heterogeneous with more than 40 genes implicated in pathogenesis. The
