The impact of low-dose spironolactone (LSPL) on polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)-associated cardio-renal disorder is unknown. Therefore, the present study hypothesized that LSPL would ameliorate cardio-renal disorders in experimental PCOS animals.
