Résumé : La chefferie traditionnelle a connu un rapport conflictuel avec le Président Maurice Yaméogo. Le Président Sangoulé Lamizana a noué des relations amicales avec elle, ce qui lui permet de jouer un rôle pendant les élections de 1978.
