Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) is exceedingly rare to occur intracerebrally. The incidence of this subtype is 0.001%. Their typical origin is from peripheral nerves of the limbs, trunk, and lumbar and brachial plexuses. It carries a
