Reaction of 5-(morpholinisulfonyl)isatin (1) with thiosemicarbazide derivative appended the corresponding thiosemicarbazone derivative 3 that further coordinated with copper and zinc acetate to afford copper and zinc complexes 4 and 5, respectively.
