Optical Interference Coatings Conference (OIC) 2022.
Multilayer coatings with 99.998% reflectivity consisting of stacks of a TiO2:GeO2 alloy and SiO2 thin films with excellent optical properties are demonstrated. The effect of annealing the structural properties of the coatings is studied.

The pulse compression grating (PCG) is one of the most critical components of a high power chirped pulse amplification laser system to achieve the shortest pulse duration. Compared to metal gratings, a multi-layer dielectric (MLD) grating is a possib

The sensitivity of current and planned gravitational wave interferometric detectors is limited, in the most critical frequency region around 100 Hz, by a combination of quantum noise and thermal noise. The latter is dominated by Brownian noise: therm
