The Ushkatyn-III deposit is located in Central Kazakhstan, 300 km west of Karaganda. It is ascribed to the weakly metamorphosed Atasu-type hydrothermal–sedimentary ore deposits. The Upper Devonian (D3fm2) carbonate sequence of this deposit comprise
