Cadmium selenide (CdSe), cobalt and nickel doped cadmium selenide (Ni, Co-CdSe) nanoparticles were synthesized by solvothermal method. The structure, size, morphology and optical properties of the nanoparticles were characterized. The X-ray diffracti
