We report a 42-year-old woman with a hemangiopericytoma tumor located in nasal fossae, revealed by acute dacryocystitis. Clinical rhinoscopic examination and orbitofacial tomodensitometry showed tumefaction of the lacrimal sac and nasolacrimal duct.
