Two coils using Nb/sub 3/Sn Cable-in-Conduit Conductor (CICC) will be manufactured for assembly into the 45 T Hybrid Magnet at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory (NHMFL). The design calls for low-resistance joints on the order of 1 nanoohm.
