We demonstrated a wide wavelength-tuning range of $90\ nm$ with a hybrid InP/SOI laser, based on two integrated intracavity silicon ring resonators which produce a Vernier effect, and a low losses silicon cavity delimited by broadband Sagnac mirrors.
