In this paper, we obtain new upper bounds for the Lieb-Thirring inequality on the spheres of any dimension greater than $2$. As far as we have checked, our results improve previous results found in the literature for all dimensions greater than $2$.

Research on the operation of mobility systems so far has mostly focused on minimizing cost-centered metrics such as average travel time, distance driven, and operational costs. Whilst capturing economic indicators, such metrics do not account for tra

We analyse the sharpness of the Sobolev order for vector fields on compact Riemannian manifolds. As an application, we then prove ill-posedness for a certain class of Cauchy problems.

In photon upconverting core-shell nanoparticles, structure strongly dictates performance. Conventional imaging in scanning transmission electron microscopy has sufficient resolution to probe the atomic structure of these nanoparticles, but contrast,

This paper presents a framework to incorporate ride-pooling from a mesoscopic point of view, within time-invariant network flow models of Mobility-on-Demand systems. The resulting problem structure remains identical to a standard network flow model,

This paper presents a modeling and optimization framework to study congestion-aware ride-pooling Autonomous Mobility-on-Demand (AMoD) systems, whereby self-driving robotaxis are providing on-demand mobility, and users headed in the same direction sha

We establish necessary and sufficient conditions for the global hypoellipticity of $G$-invariant operators on homogeneous vector bundles. These criteria are established in terms of the corresponding matrix-valued symbols as developed by Ruzhansky and
