The samples in the system Ba2In2-xAlxO5 (x = 0.45, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.0) were obtained by solid-phase method. The identification of their phase composition was carried out. It was found that samples 0.45≤x≤0.9 are composites containing two phases.
