The mechanism underlying bone impairment in patients with diabetes mellitus, a metabolic disorder characterized by chronic hyperglycaemia and dysregulation in metabolism, is unclear. Here we show the difference in the metabolomics of bone marrow stro

Antimonide-based photodetectors have recently been grown on a GaAs substrate by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and reported to have comparable performance to the devices grown on more expensive InSb and GaSb substrates. We demonstrated that GaAs, in ad

Synergistic-to-additive antileukemic interactions of piperlongumine (PL) and HDAC inhibitor (HDACi) SAHA (Vorinostat) provide a compelling rationale to construct PL-HDACi hybrids, such as 1-58, which recapitulated the synergism between the parental c

We describe the development and optical characterization of a planar medium infrared (mid-IR) InSb photodetector on a GaAs substrate technology, capable of integrating MESFETs, to demonstrate a new active pixel device architecture. Our results pave t

We present the monolithic fabrication of an active photo-pixel made in InSb on a GaAs substrate that is suitable for large-scale integration into a focal plane array. Pixel addressing is provided by the co-integration of a GaAs MESFET with an InSb ph

In our previous study, we reported that the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 are overexpressed in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues. Recently, the antitumor potential of the endogenous cannabinoid anandamide (AEA) has also been addressed.
