Hemophagocytic syndrome (HPS) is a clinicopathologic syndrome that can reveal a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The pathologic features of lymphoma associated with HPS remain ill defined. We studied 11 lymphomas associated with HPS on initial bone marrow bio
